As we move into the summer and beyond, we're anticipating a sizeable volume of players which may necessitate a restructure of the league, beyond simply random assigning. While a decision has not been made on this aspect, data will help support any future necessary changes.
Season 5 will consist of 7 weeks, commencing July 19th.

Post season games will be played at The Elks Club, Okotoks.
All entry fees MUST be paid (cash or e-transfer) by end of day; July 14th.
Finals:
For season #5 - Finals progression TBD, but likely top 4 (or alternate) from each group; 24 players on the day.
Words and phrases in "quotation marks" are further defined.
Arrange a mutually convenient time & location, between you & your opponent.

Communicate directly - Text, messenger, email etc.
Please do not attempt to schedule games in any group chat, to avoid being missed.
Games should be completed by the end of the assigned game week ("GW")

It is the players responsibility to notify upcoming opponents (and the organizer, if necessary) of any commitments which will render them unavailable. Failure to do so may necessitate the use of {etiquette} rule, and may result in ineligibility for future seasons.

Entry fee of $30 per player, for the season.

Of the entry fee
100% will be paid out in prizes - per tables to be posted.
1st place in any division will receive a minimum of 2x their entry fee
2nd place in any division will receive a minimum of 1.5x their entry fee
A "pot" for Highest Checkout in each division, equal - minimum pot size of 1x entry fee.
Should any High Out be tied (per division), pot will be shared
e.g. three playes tied with a high out of 80 for the season = 1/3 of pot each
A "pot" for 180s COMBINED for all divisions - minimum pot size of 2x entry fee
Should there be multiple 180s (per division), pot will be shared
e.g. one player with 1x 180 and another player with 2x 180 will be split 1/3 vs 2/3
