The "Schedule"

Post-season will be played in Okotoks.

Season4

The "When"

Season 4 will consist of 5 game weeks

5 regular season game weeks
A free week between regular & post season to allow games to catch up if needed
A post season day: June 28th
- Post season games will be played at RFG, Okotoks at a minimum - additional venue(s) may be added as required.

Regular season will commence the week starting May 17, 2025 - Rodeo City Open also this weekend, so some week #1 games may need to be caught up in week #2.

All entry fees MUST be paid (cash or e-transfer) by end of day; May 9th, 2025.

Post season:

- For season #4 - Finals progression TBD.

The "How"

Words and phrases in "quotation marks" are further defined.

Arrange a mutually convenient time & location, between you & your opponent.
- - Contact information shall be provided
  - Communicate directly - Text, messenger, email etc.
    - Please do not attempt to schedule games in any group chat, to avoid being missed.

Games should be completed by the end of the assigned game week ("GW")
Games MUST be completed by the end of the following game week, unless otherwise agreed.
- - Play ahead if convenient, to account for vacations, etc.
    - - It is the players responsibility to notify upcoming opponents (and the organizer, if necessary) of any commitments which will render them unavailable. Failure to do so may necessitate the use of {etiquette} rule, and may result in ineligibility for future seasons.
  - Notify organizer of any delayed games
    - - Any games not scheduled by the end of the game week - see {etiquette}: https://www.okotoks501.ca/rules
  - One "Free week" allowed between regular & post-season, to allow for catch up if needed
    - - Organizer MUST be notified of any deferred games

Results of each game are to be provided to the organizer(s).
- - Results MUST include:

Overall Score (example, 5-5)
High Out for each player, for the game (example, player #1 with 40, player #2 with 86)
180 count for each player, for the game (example, player #1 with two 180s, player #2 with zero)

Player on the left side of the fixtures are ultimately responsible to provide to the organizer.

No specific format required, as long as the information is included. App (DartCounter, DartConnect, Russ Bray, etc) screenshots, handwritten, etc. are all ok!

The "Money"

Entry fee of $30 per player, for the season.

Posted numbers above prevail over anything below.

Of the entry fee
- 100% will be paid out in prizes - per tables to be posted.
  - - 1st place in any division will receive a minimum of 2x their entry fee
    - 2nd place in any division will receive a minimum of 1.5x their entry fee
    - A "pot" for Highest Checkout in each division, equal - minimum pot size of 1x entry fee.
      - Should any High Out be tied (per division), pot will be shared
        e.g. three playes tied with a high out of 80 for the season = 1/3 of pot each
    - A "pot" for 180s COMBINED for all divisions - minimum pot size of 2x entry fee
      - Should there be multiple 180s (per division), pot will be shared
        e.g. one player with 1x 180 and another player with 2x 180 will be split 1/3 vs 2/3

Post season (subject to change):
- Side B (3rd and 4th per division)
  - Losing quarter finalists will receive a payout as defined
  - Losing semi finalists will receive a payout as defined
  - Runner up will receive a payout as defined (minimum equal to 1x entry fee)
  - Winner will receive a payout as defined (minimum equal to 2x entry fee)
- Side A (1st and 2nd per division)
  - Losing quarter finalists will receive a payout as defined
  - Losing semi finalists will receive a payout as defined
  - Runner up will receive a payout as defined (minimum equal to 1.5x entry fee)
  - Winner will receive a payout as defined (minimum equal to 2x entry fee)
